Is this really for our team?+
If your team wants to grow – and have a genuinely great evening doing it: yes, absolutely. The High-Impact Afterwork is for teams that invest in how they work together and want to have fun along the way. Whether it’s a leadership team, a single department or a cross-functional group – up to 15 people, no specific format required.
What’s in the € 950 package?+
Venue, trainer, workshop materials, drinks and afterwork atmosphere – all included. Your team just needs to show up. We take care of the rest.
Can we choose our own topic?+
Of course! Our current focus topic is “Read People like a Pro”. But if your team has something else in mind, the Academy Configurator has a wide range of workshop topics to choose from – from communication to team dynamics.
Where exactly does it take place?+
Right in the heart of Vienna: Franz-Josefs-Kai 49, 1010 Vienna. Fully equipped rooms, excellent public transport links – you just need to walk through the door.
How long does the evening run?+
Plan for around 3–4 hours: roughly 90 minutes of focused workshop, then afterwork with drinks and a good atmosphere – for as long as you like. No fixed end time, no pressure.
