Who is this seminar for?+
The World of Better Cooperation is ideal for any team that works together regularly — whether a sales team, a management team or a cross-functional group. It works best with 6–15 people who need to improve how they understand and work with each other.
How many people can participate?+
The seminar is capped at 15 participants to ensure it stays interactive and personal. For larger teams, we can run multiple sessions or discuss a custom format.
Can we run this in English?+
The seminar runs in German or English — just let us know your preference when you book.
Can we host it at our own office?+
Yes. We regularly run the seminar at client locations across Austria. We’ll discuss room requirements and logistics when you get in touch. You can also use our training rooms in Vienna.
What is the investment?+
For November & December 2026 we offer a special fixed price of €3,490 excl. VAT — for groups up to 15 people, including up to 10 DISC reports worth €2,500 and use of the training room in Vienna. The regular price is €4,000 excl. VAT for the seminar, plus €250 per DISC report. For larger groups, different dates, or on-site sessions, Nina will put together a tailored quote.
How long does the effect last?+
Participants consistently report noticeable improvements in team atmosphere and communication for months after the seminar. For sustained development, some teams follow up with a HIGHFLYER membership or additional High-Impact Workshops to keep building on what they started.
